Worldwide Shipping Service for Online Buyers

Standard Service Fees

reQ a package
About Us
Our basic fee for reshipping a package is the greater of either (1) $30 or (2) 3% of the item cost + 3% of inbound shipping + 15% of the advertised outbound postage rate for payment at the post office. Postage will be charged at the same advertised rate. For example, the total cost to reQan item for which you paid $600 + $50 shipping and which has an outbound cost of $100 for mailing at the post office will be (.03 x $650) + (.15 x $100) + $100 = $134.50. Other services as required, such as repackaging, additional document preparation and insurance claim processing, are provided for an additional fee.

We will need your permission to inspect package contents, if necessary, for preparation of customs and shipping documents. In advance of agreeing to  reQ, we will also need an active link to the merchandise as advertised and sold. If a shipment arrives at our premises and, in our opinion, the packaging is damaged or otherwise unsuitable for reshipment, we will repack it. The fee will depend upon the size and nature of the repacking required, and we will advise you before proceeding.

We require advance payment of the estimated total charge, with any necessary adjustment being made at the time of reshipment. PayPal™ is the normal method of payment accepted, but another may be considered or necessary in certain circumstances.
